Investigating - Monitoring has picked up an in issue with one of our core MX devices in Wakefield. We’re currently investigating the issue.

Identified - Core MX01 in Wakefield has lost its primary routing engine and is currently running off the backup. Maintenance will be carried out later to correct this.

Most services have recovered but we're still investigating some that have failed.

Please contact the service desk if you're experiencing any issues still.

Resolved - Emergency maintenance now complete. Faulty hardware has been replaced without any service interruption,
