Investigating - We are experiencing issues with a core router in the Derby Data Centre. This is currently being investigated.

Identified - One of the three core routers in Derby is experiencing high CPU load resulting in instability of routing protocols. We have re-routed some services around the router while we investigate further, however some services will continue to be impacted.

Monitoring - We believe we have resolved the issue. We are currently monitoring to confirm the fix.

Monitoring - We are continuing to monitor however services are at risk

Resolved - This root cause of this issue has been traced to a customer network attached the MPLS PE. We took measures to mitigate the issue and then worked with the customer to resolve their issue. Services are no longer at risk. If you require a RFO please request through a support ticket. Node4 apologise for this service disruption.
