Telehouse have informed us that they will be performing emergency power maintenance within Telehouse North, which is a Node4 POP. The maintenance will require one of the two power feeds to our rack to be dropped for up 3 hours commencing 21:00.

The majority of equipment within our rack is dual powered however there are some devices, such as NTE and fibre/copper converters, which are not therefore some services may be affected. We will have an engineer on site during the maintenance window to monitor and make any necessary changes.

Update 21:30 РAs result of losing the B feed some services have been interrupted however these were quickly restored.  At risk notification is still in place until secondary power feed is restored.

Update 22:05 – All clear has now been issued. Both power feeds have been restored. During the restoration one device needed to be rebooted. This caused a brief loss of connectivity (21:58-22:03) for a limited number of customers with services terminating in Telehouse North.
