12/05/2017 20:30 – Emergency maintenance on the Wakefield ACI Platform

On Friday 12th May @ 20:30 Node4 Engineers will be preforming Emergency maintenance on the Wakefield ACI Platform.

There is slight chance of impact due to a potential chassis reload, however the platform is highly resilient and we expect failover to be around 5 minutes or less while Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols re-calculate. This will affect Internet connectivity and MPLS connectivity from the Wakefield cloud platform ONLY

The platform will be deemed “At Risk” until Friday 12th May @ 23:00

On Thursday 27th April @ 20:30 Node4 Engineers will be preforming Emergency maintenance on the Wakefield ACI Platform.

Emergency maintenance on the Northampton ACI platform – 07/05/2017 @ 8PM

On Sunday 7th May 2017 @ 8PM Node4 engineers will be performing emergency maintenance on the Northampton ACI platform.

we expect no service disruption, however the platform will be deemed “At Risk” until Monday 8th May 02:00

Emergency Maintenance on the Wakefield Cloud Platform – 18/04/2017

On Tuesday 18th April @ 20:00 Node4 Engineers will be preforming Emergency maintenance on the Wakefield Cloud Platform.

There is the likelihood of intermittent access to the management platform of the Wakefield ACI Cloud but underlying connectivity will not be affected during the works. This will affect management connectivity to the Wakefield cloud platform ONLY

The platform will be deemed “At Risk” until Tuesday 18th April @ 24:00

Emergency Maintenance – N4Cloud Portal – 09/04/17 20:00-23:59 GMT

Background

On Sunday 7th April between 20:00 and 23:59 GMT Node4 engineers will be performing emergency maintenance on the firewalls which secure services accessed through the  N4Cloud Portal (portal.n4cloud.co.uk), to resolve a software issue.

 

Impact

N4Cloud portal access will be unavailable intermittently throughout the maintenance window.

Underlying cloud infrastructure and customer virtual machines will remain up and available throughout the maintenance.

 

Our Network Operations Engineers will closely monitor the work and will do everything possible to minimise any inconvenience to you. If you have any problems with N4Cloud portal access or functions after this time, or if you have any questions regarding the maintenance at any point, please call Technical Support at or visit www.node4.co.uk/support.
